DOOR
The overall thickness is 205 mm with a special construction that uses solid fire-resistant materials and hardplates to protect all vital parts.

WALL / BODY
Overall thickness up to 155 mm, made of Solingen composite layer, one solid, fire-resistant body plate and drilled.

KEY
Using 4 (four) pieces of international standard locks (USA UL, Germany Vds, and/or Europe CEN). The first and second are 2 4-wheel combination locks that are incorporated in the Double Combination Solingen System (DCSS) with 10,000 Trillion number variations equipped with a spyproof cover ring. The third lock is a 4-wheel combination lock (100,000,000 number variations) from the Automatic Door Solingen System (ADSS) also with a spyproof closing ring. The fourth key is an 8-lever manipulation-proof keylock and stainless steel keylock.

LOCKING SYSTEM
Full Vertical Bars on both sides of the door, and four pieces of 38 mm diameter stainless steel slots at the top and bottom. The system is also protected by anti-drill steel plates and a relocking mechanism that works automatically in the event of fire, blasting, and forced demolition attempts.

HINGES
Full-bar hinge design with a sturdy 200 x 60 mm cross-section and a reinforced hinge core with a chainsaw-resistant steel axle. The hinges are also equipped with a vertical adjustment mechanism that guarantees safe and trouble-free years.

MASTERBLOCKADE
It is the highest class of the Solingen Blockade line with an overall door thickness of 215 mm, a capacity of more than 1000 liters, and a net weight of 3.5 tons. The masterblock has a unique body construction reinforced with special break-proof and fireproof additives, a double door system, and other special features that make it only owned by a handful of people who understand the true meaning of safety.
