Description

DOOR
The overall thickness of 145 mm is made of solid materials, including the 75 mm thick flame-retardant Solingen composite. Equipped with a drill-resistant layer (hardplates) on the core of the door surface.

WALL / BODY
The overall wall thickness is 85 mm, with a composite layer of Solingen that forms a unity of fireproof and break-resistant wall layers.

KEY
It uses a 4-wheel combination lock (1,000,000 number variations) with a spyproof cover ring and a double-bit 8-level keylock that are all internationally certified as high security locks (USA UL, Germany VDS, and Europe CEN) and have manipulation-proof features.

LOCKING SYSTEM
Vertical Locking Bars on both sides of the door (Fix Bar & Sliding Bar) and 4 Stainless Steel Bolts with a diameter of 32 mm at the top and bottom. The system is also protected by an anti-drill steel plate and a relocking mechanism that works automatically during fire, blasting, and forced demolition attempts.

SHELVES & DRAWERS
Heavy Duty racks with load capacities of up to 80 kg per rack. Shelf dimensions with optimal width and adjustable spacing between shelves according to the height of the goods to be stored. Drawers with keylock locks and full-extension rails, so the entire contents of the drawer can be easily accessed.

HINGES
The hinge core is made of saw-resistant steel to provide extra safety from forced dismantling attempts by cutting the hinges. The hinges are also equipped with a vertical adjustment mechanism to increase the durability of the vault wear.
