Description

DOOR
The overall thickness is 110 mm with a special 60 mm solid construction consisting of fire-resistant and drill-resistant materials, as well as hardplates on all critical areas.

WALL / BODY
The overall wall thickness is 75 mm of Solingen composite layer, which forms a unity of solid fire-resistant and demolition-resistant wall layer.

LOCKS
Equipped with a 4-wheel combination lock (100,000,000 number variations) with anti-manipulation feature and a spy proof dial ring; and an 8-lever double-bit keylock, which both are internationally certified as a high security lock (USA UL, Germany VDS, and Europe CEN). As an additional option, the combination lock can be upgraded with a USA UL certified electronic lock.

SECURITY SYSTEM
Vertical Locking Bar on both sides of the door and Stainless-Steel Bolts up to 32 mm in diameter at the top and bottom. This system is also protected by an anti-drill steel plate. Due to its relatively small size and light weight, BERNSTEIN size 1 to size 3 can be bolted to the ground with a 12 mm anchor bolt.

HINGES
Diamond-cut design, with saw-resistant core to avoid forced disassembly by cutting the hinges. In addition, there is a vertical adjustment mechanism on the bottom hinge to increase durability. Due to its taller dimension, the BERNSTEIN size 7 and size 8 doors use a Solid Triple-Hinge design.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
An energy-saving, ultra bright LED lighting system illuminates the interior of the vault and the lights can be set to automatically off when the door is closed.
